
PHOTOGRAPHER allows 1.25 hours for hair & makeup and 2 hours for the photo shoot, and agrees to photograph CLIENT and provide CLIENT with 50+ images for review from which to choose final images for products (albums, wall art, and digital files) that are sold separately.
For PHOTOGRAPHER’S services, CLIENT shall initially pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $249, which does not cover any images or image products, and must be paid in full at the time of booking, with a signed copy of this Agreement. The Retainer Fee reserves the appointment and services specified above, and goes toward covering the costs of producing a photoshoot, like professional hair and makeup, etc. It does not include any images, digital or print, or any other image products. The required minimum purchase is the $699 10 image album. In-house payment plans are not available for $699 collection.
If CLIENT cancels the photo shoot for any reason within 60 days of the appointed time, or fails to show up for the appointment, the $150 deposit will not be refunded to CLIENT, but used to pay cancellation fees of the hair & makeup artist and PHOTOGRAPHER, and to pay related studio costs. Nevertheless, CLIENT may reschedule the photo shoot prior to the 60 day deadline by securing another appointment time within 60 days of that specified above and subject to the same terms thereof.
CLIENT will have the opportunity to view images in a live viewing session with the PHOTOGRAPHER either in person, or via ZOOM, if in-person is not an option, approximately two weeks after the photo shoot, or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties. CLIENT understands that none of the image products (such as albums, wall art, and digital files) are covered by the Retainer Fee. Rather, they are sold separately, and must be paid in full (including tax and any applicable shipping fees) before the order is processed. If purchasing a digital file collection, CLIENT will receive high-resolution jpg files. PHOTOGRAPHER does not release RAW image files for any reason. Client further understands and agrees that all sales are final, and that PHOTOGRAPHER will delete CLIENT’S unpurchased images from digital storage after the ordering appointment.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to reserve and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for the date and time specified above. For this reason, cancellations and rescheduling are strongly discouraged. Any reschedule or cancellation requested within 30 days of the originally scheduled date will incur and $150 reschedule fee. Requests made with fewer than 14 days’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and a new retainer, at full price, will be required to book another date. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all payments made.
CLIENT understands that it is their responsibility to inform photographer of comfort level as far as posing, wardrobe, and photoshoot style. All poses, and wardrobe choices are done by CLIENT'S own free will.
